Well I pulled out one of my many cookbooks and found this recipie for a breakfast smoothie. It comes from a Dr Phil cookbook and it was super good. It is easy and filling. 2 cups blackberries (fresh or frozen). 2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen). 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries. 2 large bannanas, thinly sliced.

Its super easy at the crockpot does most of the work. 2 pounds of beef stew meat. 3 large cooking potatoes. 3 cans of tomato soup. Seasonings: we use curry powder, worchershire sauce, itialian seasioning, season salt, and pepper. Browning the meat, I usually add some worchershire sauce here so that my meat is super tender later.
