The Working Class Girl. June 11, 2013. If I look distracted in these photos, it's because I spent the entire morning catching up on Game of Thrones. 6:00 am might be too early for beheadings, but the show is sooogoood. And no spoilers, people! I'm still on Season 2. Top: SteinMart. Last seen here. Necklace: Khol's. Last seen here. Labels: outfit of the day. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Charvel Model 2 Project PART ONE. April 29, 2015. New to Phoenix, with the itch to find guitars to work on, I have found one very surprising thing. What you can find on Craigslist in Phoenix is no where near what you can find in St. Louis. Perhaps it’s St. Louis Music/Ampeg being headquartered in STL? This got me in the mood for an 80’s guitar. Something somewhat flashy, but simple and refined. I was lucky enough to find exactly what I was looking for: a circa 86/87 Charvel Model 2. This guitar came comp...

1 Ads After a year of blogging we realized ads were showing up on our blog (delayed reaction, I know). Since these weren’t ads we had any control over and no say in the content/relevancy/ad message/etc/you-get-the-point, we decided to bite the WordPress bullet and pay the annual $30 to delete all ads. We are intentionally ad free. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Fill in your details below or click an icon to log in:. Address never made public). November 8, 2015. Before we moved in, we painted the bulk of the first floor Benjamin Moore “White Dove”. We stopped the paint at the corner at the bottom of the stairs before it turns and goes up into the two volume space. So for a while, downstairs was gorgeous gleaming white and the upstairs was still that dingy, fleshy beige that drives me crazy. Here’s an outtake from my little photo shoot – Shenanigan was done with being photographed and wanted O-U-T of the bedroom. Tough luck littl...The best part...

February 28, 2016. Writing and re-writing all these past sweet and stressful and silly times with my old girl has tears streaming and maybe this eulogy of sorts is too long for a dog. It seemed like it needed to be written. All I know is we miss her so much. And I’ve learned enough about grief to know that that’s okay. November 8, 2015. We have nice high ceilings in this room and so we decided to accent the end wall with Sherwin Williams “Porpoise” which was a color we had in our STL house as...Here̵...

Hot Crowd | Living Analog

Snapshots from Phoenix →. June 23, 2014. Has anyone else noticed how Jimmy Fallon always comments that there is a “hot crowd” now that he’s on the Tonight Show? And so the crowd cheers louder because he may be saying that they’re physically attractive but really he may be commenting on their general liveliness? We got up early a few weekends back to see if hiking was still feasible in this heat. The Valley had a layer of smog when we were only 20 minutes in and not very high up the mountain. JT and I tho...
