So we are just finishing up our second week of eating only non-processed foods and I have to say I can already see a fast improvement in my children. My child that has epilepsy has shown a vast decrease in any episodes the past two weeks. Nace Family: Families Are Forever. Wednesday, December 24, 2008. So it has been brought to my attention that I haven't updated my blog in quite a while and I apologize for that. Life has been completely crazy getting reading for Christmas and taking care of things in the house. Both of the girls are so super excited about Christmas. We have been baking cookies and making presents and crafts. They did some really cute reindeer crafts and wreath crafts this year. Have a wonderful Christmas Eve.

Darin Amber Kayla Aubree Lyndi Erin Davin. Wednesday, July 15, 2009. We had the best vacation! We saw some incredible stuff in the tide pools, lots of sea stars, even a sun star, which is pretty rare. (This is a sea star). We caught crabs off the dock, and ate them that afternoon. We had a bonfire, dutch oven dinner, s'mores, and fireworks on the beach. And that was just a few of the fun things we did! We hiked to Vikingsholm Castle and took a tour. We rented a paddle boat. Darin Amber Kayla Aubree Lyndi Erin Davin. Friday, October 23, 2009. This just makes us smile every morning! Kayla plays the piano for the intermediate school choir. The St. George Marathon. Darin ran it in 4:00 and 23 seconds! Way to go honey! I got sick and only did 16 miles. Really disappointing after all that training. This was Lindsay and Buzz's first marathon and they did great. Lindsay finished in 4:15, and Buzz came in about an hour later with a very sore and swollen knee. Friday, October 9, 2009.

It's in Nevada and is an oasis in the middle of NOWHERE. The water is from a natural hot springs and is like taking a lukewarm bath. We had so much fun there.
