Eating my way through Milan:A foodie guide – The Bolivian Nomad
https://theboliviannomad.wordpress.com/2016/05/17/eating-my-way-through-milana-foodie-guide
Eating my way through Milan:A foodie guide. Milan inspired me with its wide variety of restaurants, bars, cuisines, and tastes. Therefore, I teamed up with @foodinmilan, an up-and-coming food blogger based in Milan, to bring you the best places to eat, drink, and chill in this fashionable and delicious city. For dessert, we had creamy mango shots, can this place get any better? Had too much pizza and pasta? Go to Temakinho Brera, a fusion between Brazilian cuisine and Japanese sushi, is the ideal place t...
When in Vienna do as the Viennese – The Bolivian Nomad

When in Vienna do as the Viennese. Planning to visit Vienna? Maybe you should first know how the Viennese do. After living in Vienna for over three years, I decided to write an article on Vienna from the perspective of a Viennese. Therefore, I skipped the touristy and overpriced aspects of Vienna, while replacing them with a day routine any Viennese would not mind following. 8211; Locals love hanging out at this vintage cafe. 8211; Courtesy of Trip Advisor. 8211; As seen from the Julius Meinl Store.

Why Myanmar should be your next destination. Whether you chose to call it Burma, the original name imposed by the British colonists, or Myanmar, the name the country chose after becoming independent, this Southeast Asian country must top your bucket list. ‘’But why? Welcoming, kind, and always smiling, the Burmese are happy to see visitors from around the world venture into their country. Most have never been abroad and want to hear stories of how the world is outside of Myanmar. The Temples of Bagan.
Stockholm: Europe’s not-so-hidden gem – The Bolivian Nomad

Stockholm: Europe’s not-so-hidden gem. Stylish, beautiful, cosmopolitan, and friendly, that’s Stockholm. This can not only be seen through the city’s amble streets and sleek museums, but also through its people. That’s a synonym for Stockholm. Get your ‘’access’ card for the T-Bana. Metro) for 24, 48, or 72 hours. This will let you get to the main attractions and sights that Stockholm has to offer. Start your day with a visit to Gamla Stan. Smile, you’re in Portugal! A weekend in Lisbon – The Bolivian Nomad

Smile, you’re in Portugal! A weekend in Lisbon. Without a detailed plan or expectations, I went off alone to discover Europe’s southern beauty, Portugal. I visited three popular destinations: Lisbon, Sintra, and Madeira Island. The sunny weather, fresh fruit, friendliness of locals, and delicious wine simply made me fall in love with the country’s lifestyle and culture. If you get too tired and need a break, grab some Portuguese coffee, which is by far the best coffee I have tasted in Europe. Here you wi...

Honor Café – Paris. 1 juin 2015 6 Commentaires. Little gem on the elegant rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré – inside a courtyard in front of the Elysee Palace, Honor café has opened last February. The location could not be much better: the 8th arrondissement still not had a place with decent coffee and Angelle Boucher and Daniel Warburton have brought a wind of change. Another important point for me: pastries are amazing! The chocolate cake was a huge hit, it disappeared from our plate in less than 5 minutes!
Dublin Rambling | altrunomics

I hope that those of you who celebrate it had a fun and relaxing Memorial Day weekend with your loved ones! I got my first hint of sunburn and ate far too much potato salad. I’ll call that a success. I realized that I still had a few photos to share from my trip to Ireland. We only spent one day in Dublin, but we managed to hit our two main objectives: The Book of Kells. In Trinity College, and the Guinness Storehouse. Photos taken on my Samsung Galaxy. May 27, 2014. Recap of May 17, 2014 in Tbilisi.

How I Came to Be: Independent Part I. I consider myself very independent and have ever since I learned how to make pancakes on my own and talk back to my parents. But, independence was nurtured into me. When I look back I can think of times in my life when my parents, unknowingly, taught me that if I wanted something done I would have to do it myself. This is an example of one of those times. A hose with a panty.". A hose with a panty! Useless. It was all useless! That is how I came to be independent.

The Bolivia Project
Friday, April 04, 2008. In the summer of 2007 we returned to Bolivia where we developed a plan to financially support the long-term sustainable growth of ecological cooker use in rural areas. During this time Dave and Ruth Whitfield (directors of CEDESOL and Sobre la Roca), Mike Vehar (ETHOS director/Bolivia Project volunteer), and Chris Phillips (Bolivia Project Volunteer) worked together to determine a number of priorities for pushing this project forward for a projected 3-5 years. Que Pasa, UD? August...
