Week 2: Then the next week due to not paying my gas bill (forgot) and not able to read the warning in the mail, our gas got turned off. Actually I let the guy in to turn it off and had no idea. Kate thought that was pretty funny. Im not laughing yet. Well 2 days of phone tag and the guy came!

Thursday, September 11, 2008. Jocelyn (#3) has been playing on the varsity volleyball team this year. There are only six girls on the team and she is the only freshman. So there are no subs, which means every girl plays every game. I think they did a great job and we are very proud! Sunday, December 21, 2008. We've spent the first day just relaxing and adjusting to the altitude. Mom and Amber were sick all night. They are a little better tonight, but if there isn't drastic improvement by in the morning we'll need to get them some oxygen. The kids played outside in the snow making snow angels, eating the snow, sledding and making a snowman. Rodney was the only one to ski today and he met up with our great friends The. Schueller's and had an amazing time. I love the snowman.

Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Hannah began horseback riding about 2 years ago. She started with a great instructor in Flower Mound. We were so disappointed when she decided to up and leave us for South Dakota, but we know it was a good decision for her. Hannah has also taken lessons almost the entire 2 years with Sydney. Thursday, August 28, 2008. Summer flew by for us, and unfortunately we didn't have an amazing trip to San Diego like last year, but here is a recap of what we did. We took the girls and their friends to the Great Wolf Lodge for birthday/end of school celebration. Rodney went on a second Quest called Fire Worship. Kendra and Addie came to visit from Canada. The whole family came over for 4th of July to swim and bbq. Rodney and I were able to get away for a few days and went down south to Wimberley, TX.
