Sunday, May 4, 2014. My new paddleboard finally arrived on Saturday afternoon! We got it out and inflated it in the afternoon. I wanted to make sure we had everything we needed before we headed out to the lake. We packed up a breakfast picnic and headed to the Y beach around 9:30 the next morning. Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Play, test, repeat. Again, this is all about Isaac and an update. He plays, he tests his limits, giggles, and repeats. This past week, a neighbor was going to throw out a child's rocking chair. Isaac is right at the age where he gets a kick out of something that is just his size. Monday, December 29, 2014. Christmas with my family. On Christmas Eve, we arrived at my parent's house for a huge dinner and presents as my sister would be at her in-laws the next day. Thursday, July 2, 2015. After seeing quite a few boards in serious trouble, Alex and I decided to update the deck. The plan was to replace the floor boards and railings in roughly three 8-hour days. Wednesday, July 8, 2015. We went to visit my parents over the long weekend and had a wonderful time. I got to see my siblings, parents, grandma, and even some nieces, and nephews.
