He diagnosed me with Achilles Tendinitis. He prescribed stretches prior to walking and to cut back to an hour a day walking because of course, I started off trying to walk all day. Monday, April 7, 2014. Week Two with the treadmill desk. I'm walking as I type this. So far, I really like walking while I work. It's taking some getting used to but so does anything. I've been able to walk for up to 2 hours but after that, I feel some heel pain. I'm hoping that after I do this more, that pain will reside.
