Well after my last post I was fairly confident of being back on the road to regular running - the knee felt good, relatively pain free and a PB to boot! A further visit to the docs as I'm now in more pain all over the knee and it transpires I have patellofemoral pain - basically another ligament is shot. More stretches, more exercises and still I wait for the injection. You too could look like a real athlete!
