What we eat when…. A year of self-discovery through single-life dining in NYC. March 21, 2011. Must be on the mind… On the Sunday of the 2011 “supermoon” (a phenomenon I confess to having slept through), I was dodging a challenging mood that seemed to be winning. I’d planned a day of getting outdoors, doing yoga, working out at the gym, running compost down to the surprisingly summer-abundant, still-spring-sleepy Garden of Union.
