You know when you eat too much junk food, and you never get hungry, because your body always has enough junk to live off of? 8230; Well today, my tummy said ‘feed me! I will say that quinoa and avocado are high in calorie content – so maybe I. Have just eaten ice cream… but I guess quinoa is better for me… *sigh*. Baby Spinach, 1.5 cups. Goat Cheese, 1 oz. Sesame Dressing, 2 tbsp. Quinoa, 1 Cup. Avocado, 1 Small.

Chai Tea Latte, 8oz. Gluten-Free Cookie (ugh, it’s all they had! 8230; …). Brown Rice Pasta, 1.5 cups. Tomato Sauce, 1/3 cup. Ground Beef 85% lean, 3 oz. 20 minutes of zumba – but I half-assed it…. Stress eating is my nemesis, so I’m going to try and control the stress.
