Sunday, August 14, 2011. We headed to Vail this weekend to go hiking with some friends of ours and their kiddos. It was like everything else we've seen here.beautiful! We took the gondola up and then hiked down a little over 4 miles! I was very impressed with our kids especially with Haley only being 4! Everyone did awesome and then we celebrated down at the base with ice cream! Riding the gondola up. Madelyn wanted her pic with me. It's the layering of clothes:). Love the sass in her arm movements.

Saturday, January 14, 2012. Where have these last few months gone? Cannot believe my last post was Halloween. Unfortunately, my computer crashed multiple times and I don't have any November pics to share but here's December and our Christmas. We stayed in Denver this year. It was our first time not to have family with us at Christmas and while we missed them dearly, we all enjoyed starting new traditions and had a relaxing time hanging around our place. I decided to take Brannan in last week for his 18-month-old check up. he technically is still a couple of weeks away but I didn't want to have to search for a dr. right upon moving. He weighs 24lbs and is 33in long and is right on target for all his developmental stats. Here are some funny pics of our little mess! Putting on chapstick (all over his face).
