The Jensen Family Blog. Sunday, September 28, 2014. Sierra joined me for the Color Blast 5K in Pella. It was so much fun! The race benefited Many Hands For Haiti. As we ran the 3.2 mile course there were several color stations where we were blasted with colored powder. The Jensen Family Blog. Saturday, July 25, 2015. We had a birthday party for Zoey today with Grandma Laurie and Grandpa Alan. Water is better from a lady bug straw. Zoey got a little scared by the singing and/or the candles. Such a sensitive little lady! She recovered in time to blow out the candles :). Zoey (and her 3 helpers) had fun opening presents. Zoey and Greta were both thrilled that Zoey got an Elsa doll to go with Greta's Anna doll. Checking out pictures with Grandma.

I assumed the preschoolers were singing a song or two. Instead they participated in an entire musical about Noah's Ark and the Rainbow. It was fun to see the preschoolers in action. Sunday, July 14, 2013. A glimpse of our Summer fun. We are having such a FUN Summer! We've had a great combo of relaxing weeks and busy weeks. I am not ready for it to come to an end. This past weekend J and I took the kids to a tree farm to cut down our Christmas tree. I have NEVER done this before and it seemed like an idea out of the movies, ha! The weather was unseasonably warm, which made for the perfect day to run through the "woods" in search of the "perfect" tree. The sun was a wee bit too bright for Ev, so I loaned him my sunnies. Monday, December 3, 2012. My Visit with Colleen. We spent a lot of time playing watching cartoons and playing inside. Will was sick for most of the trip, so we took it pretty easy.
