A Page Is Turned: January 2010
http://angelaforbes.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
A Page Is Turned. Tuesday, January 19, 2010. For the love of a little sis! I can remember the day my sister was born. 23 years ago today! Am I really that old to remember something so long ago? I ran the rest of the way to the office - forgetting that we werent' allowed to run the halls of the Elementary School! We made it home to see mom before being sent to the living room. (The baby was born at home! I remember waiting with my older sister and 18 mos old brother. Probably not. :). On the road again.

After the Sermon...the real change begins!: May 2008
http://afterthesermon.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html
After the Sermon.the real change begins! Thursday, May 29, 2008. Down Hill Isn't Always Bad. Memorial Day weekend signals the start of summer. The early morning rain challenged our resolve for Family Fun Day this past weekend. Goldsboro is a military town and we are thankful for the families now serving in harm's way. Saturday was a time to laugh and enjoy each other. We paused to remember those who gave their lives in present and past military conflicts on Sunday. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

life as a leroy: May 2011
http://lifeasaleroy.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Life as a leroy. Wednesday, May 11, 2011. A few weeks ago, we did something a little crazy.well, crazy for us. That's right, we bought 4 baby chicks. Not one. Not two. Four. That's what makes us crazy. But, now that we've had them for a few weeks, it's really not bad at all. Chicks are pretty easy to take care of. You feed them. They sleep. You clean up poop. They poop more. Easy peasy. Blackie, Lilly, White Wing, Ava. Tuesday, May 10, 2011. Sunday was a good day. Here are some pictures of our day. Okay,...

A Page Is Turned: March 2010
http://angelaforbes.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
A Page Is Turned. Tuesday, March 23, 2010. Mackenzie makes me laugh. So much so, that I can't keep up with keeping track of all the things I want to. Last night, Ryan asked her if she'd like to go the soccer clinic for her soccer league. They do it once a week during March and it's just an extra practice for them. Her response? Dad, I don't know.cause I'm already really good at soccer." She is not lacking in self confidence! Thursday, March 4, 2010. And so here we are. I'm sure that surprises will come m...

A Page Is Turned: October 2009
http://angelaforbes.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
A Page Is Turned. Saturday, October 24, 2009. A day full of FUN. Today was a blast. It was rainy, so I met this day with a bit of disdain. We've had so many rainy days this fall, and now that I have a 2 year old son I am desperate for sunny days. I notice a difference in him when he is cooped up in this space without the freedom to run and catch grasshoppers! But I digress.Ryan and I decided to take a chance and take the kids to see "UP" at the Dollar Movie! And before the movie, we carved pumpkins!

life as a leroy: Check-Up Time
http://lifeasaleroy.blogspot.com/2011/09/check-up-time.html
Life as a leroy. Wednesday, September 14, 2011. Owen had his One-Month check-up this morning and he was a good little patient. My mom and I have been trying to guess his weight for awhile now and I was excited to see just how much he is weighing now. My mom guessed over 11 pounds and I was thinking more like 10.5 pounds. I moved his arm 3 times and he kept putting it back on his face.silly boy. We had an 8am appointment so luckily we were in and out fairly quickly. His stats for this visit were:.
