It's one of Neil's favorites so we make it pretty often. It's a really hearty salad so we have it for our whole meal plus I usually add some kind of bread, sometimes a homemade loaf or a French bagette. Chicken and Pasta Salad. 1 bag spinach or romaine lettuce(I use romaine). 8 oz bowtie pasta, cooked and drained. 1 cucumber, peeled and diced.

It was so cute to watch and the kids had a blast. Amazingly it came out of Micah's clothes(I don't know why I left them on!
