I can't bring the family out here w/me, but I can bring my favorite foods they make! I didn't want to miss out Dad's pickled eggs, he makes them every Thanksgiving, so I pulled out the recipe he gave me and got to work! 3 Cans Red Beats. 1 1/2 Cups white vinegar. 1 1/2 cups sugar. 3 tbsp Pickling Spices. 1 Large onion (Sliced into rings). R 1 to 2 days .

In 19 days I've lost 14lbs . most of my weight has come off my chest and my face, some off my belly . My workouts consist of weights (bands) and cardio. Each day is a different workout. P90X is what I follow, although, I can only do 20 to 30 minutes of each dvd. I'm still very happy with that, better than nothing! Yogurt (w/bit of granola).

Thursday, September 18, 2008. Yeah, I am mean. The hellion hates getting his haircut, but it was so past time for it. He was getting rather shaggy. So my sister and I took him to Master Cuts today. The entire time he is saying, "no haircut, no mohawk" cause sis and I have been wanting to get him one forever. Well despite his complaints we got him a "babyhawk" as a friend put it.
