Brze kocke od urmi (Quick dates squares). 20 urmi (bez kostica), 150g sirovih semenki suncokreta, 150g sirovih badema, 150 g kokosa, 3-5 kasike kokosovog ulja (omeksao), prstohvat soli. 1 Pomesati urme, semenke suncokreta, bademe, kokos, 3 kasike kokosovog ulja i soli u blenderu (oko 2-3 minuta). 2 Add more coconut oil if blending is difficult.
