No One Ever Said This Would Be Easy. Sunday, September 12, 2010. A Week Filled With Lots of Running. I ran a total of 13.3 miles over 4 runs this week! I can feel myself getting stronger, and it's so nice to come home after a 4-mile run and know that I actually did it! I'm beginning to really love not only the physical changes I'm seeing, but the mental changes as well. I know I can do this, when at one point I doubted myself. I'm going to keep going and not let anything get in my way! What I'm All About.
