Okay, maybe we're not all smiles all the time, but hopefully there are more moments with them than without them:-). Friday, July 24, 2015. Came up for a few days to celebrate with us. Lillian is just darling and we all loved snuggling her. Jane drew this chalk flag to welcome our guests and it's a good thing I took a picture when I did because it rained when everyone arrived and quickly washed away:(. These two were kind of party poopers tho.until we got out the root beer floats. On the Go Family.

Okay, maybe we're not all smiles all the time, but hopefully there are more moments with them than without them:-). Thursday, May 28, 2015. I love having a big family, but it truly is a treat being able to spend one-on-one time with my kids. There just isn't enough of that! I got to accompany Jane on a trip to the new children's museum and we had a great time. Keeping an eye on five other kids in a large and fun filled room was a little stressful, but we didn't lose anyone, so we're counting it a win.

Porter was running backwards during an activity the last week of school and landed on his arm wrong. So instead of having a field day and then enjoying his 3 days off for passing his SOLs, we spent an entire day traveling to and from, on the phone, and in appointments with doctors- it was anticlimactic to say the least. Wednesday, September 7, 2011. These are just some of our favorite pictures of baby Jeff. He is a wonderful baby. It took him a little bit to figure out nursing, but now he is a champ at it. In fact when we left the hospital he weighed 7 lbs 6 oz and ten days later he weighed in at 8 lbs 7 oz! So he is just doing awesome! Plus, he is a great sleeper. At night is already sleeping a 5 hour stretch! Plus he always wants to hold Jeff and then gets upset when he can't. Life with three has been great!

Saturday, June 25, 2011. I realize its been a while since I posted something and we have a lot to update. James: James had an end of year party at preschool and was thrilled to have mom and dad there with him. At first he was shy and then he took off and we didn't see him again until it was time to go. He is thrilled that it is summer. We've been staying up later than usual and he crawls into bed with me after William leaves for work than sleeps until 9 or 10! We definitely have our work cut out with him.

Tuesday, January 31, 2012. I think my heart stopped when she told me this. My mind began racing, how could I have a hole in my heart! Didn't sister Bowman die from a hole in her heart? What will I need to do to fix it? I am running at least three days a week. I am running 3.2 miles in 45 minutes. I would really like to run it in 30! Wish me luck iny next journey!
