Με των μαλλιών της την πυρή κυματιστή νεφέλη,. Κι όσων τα μέτωπα ίσκιωναν από μια απράϋντη θλίψη. Άστραψαν απ' την έμφαση των νέων, ωραίων της μύθων. Μας ετραγούδησε αρμυρά των ωκεανών τραγούδια. Ο απριλιάτικος ήλιος έλουζε με φως τα νιόβγαλτα φυλλαράκια των δέντρων. Ύστερα από μια τρομερή θύελλα που ξέσπασε την περασμένη νύχτα, ο καιρός είχε γλυκάνει και φυσούσε ένα δροσερό και ήρεμο αεράκι. Η Ελοντί ήταν αντίθετος χαρακτήρας. Σε κάθε περίπτωση περιφρουρούσε ό,τι της ανήκε κι έβαλε αμέσως στο νου της να ξανακερδίσει τον καλό της. Σ' όλους τους δημόσιους κήπο...
