The Road to Fit and Fabulous. Sunday, February 26, 2012. I am so proud of myself. Took my beautiful dog Sassy out for a run with me this afternoon. We did a hill session, 3k in total. Took 28mins. Am very happy. She loved every minute of it, shes a very active breed of dog! Today was a day off though and I got out with the dogs for a 30min walk, then headed to the gym and did a 30min jog, a 20min bike ride at random intervals and a 10min cool down.
