And we've made our lists . hopefully. It would be great if everything has a timeline and is chunked down into manageable sizes.eg. for a weight loss goal whats your weekly goal loss? But if you haven't had the time that's fine. I'm sure you could find 15 minutes over this weekend! Drink at least 2 L of water.

They take just 5 minutes to prepare and are a great addition to your daily diet plans.
