Who's in the band? | THE ROBBERS

Based in Manchester in the northwest of England, The Robbers can travel anywhere in the UK and are happy to accommodate most requests. They are usually asked to play 2 x 45 or 2 x 60 minute sets but can tailor the length and number of sets to your event. They can also play recorded music through their PA between sets if that’s desirable, saving you the cost of a DJ. Speak to the band manager about what’s best for you. Technical details to please your venue | THE ROBBERS

The band is completely self-contained and has a PA system suitable for up to about 250 guests. If the event will host more than that then a larger PA can be hired. The band tour with their own stage lighting but can also utilise whatever is in the venue if it is suitable. The Robbers have public liability insurance up to the value of 10 million and all of the equipment is PAT tested on a regular basis – a dull detail but one which will please your venue manager!

The band costs between 550 950 to book for a private event, but is usually around the 600 – 700 mark. Prices depend on a number of factors including:. How far the band has to travel from their base in Manchester. How long the band is required to play – 1 x 1 hour set / 2 x 45 min sets / 2 x 1 hour or 3 x 40 min sets / etc. How many guests are at your event – for over 250 guests we may need to hire additional PA equipment.
