graham: February 2012
http://yorkshireartist.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 29 February 2012. We have made a collective decision not to visit busch gardens as they operate a discriminatory policy, citizens of the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico can take advantage of a cut price food deal costing $10,any other nationality must pay $30 for the same deal,we felt that this was unfair on principle and decided not to visit which means they lose out on around $400 in total, their loss, our gain. Wednesday, 20 February 2013. I finally got round to making a shoe rack for the back door,it's already full , maybe it should have been twice as big? Mike's Daily Journal and Rantings: April 2012
http://mikesaif.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Mike's Daily Journal and Rantings. Thursday, April 26, 2012. Well my dental implant finally came loose. It is a bridge of three teeth on two posts implanted in my lower jaw. For some reason, the screw on one of the posts broke and over the past two years, the other screw worked loose and eventually broke yesterday. It's more trouble than I want to deal with it. But I am ecstatic that I don't have to have surgery. It was bad enough the first time. Posted by Mike Saif. Tuesday, April 24, 2012. MS has sande...

Mike's Daily Journal and Rantings: Could Have Been a Wasted Weekend
http://mikesaif.blogspot.com/2012/08/could-have-been-wasted-weekend.html
Mike's Daily Journal and Rantings. Sunday, August 26, 2012. Could Have Been a Wasted Weekend. Well, I was really looking forward to my two races this weekend. They are the last two on the calendar. I don't race much, but I was in great shape for these races. The races were in Sedalia (2 hours away) so I needed to make a decision 3 1/2 hours before race time on whether to travel or not. I started packing this weekend and am in full England mode almost. We leave on Tuesday morning and arrive in England...

Mike's Daily Journal and Rantings: Could It Rain?
http://mikesaif.blogspot.com/2012/08/could-it-rain.html
Mike's Daily Journal and Rantings. Friday, August 24, 2012. There is less of a chance of rain on Sunday morning when my next race is. This is a road race so less chance of crashing because it's not a case of turning corner after corner. I might do this even if there is rain.haven't decided yet. Still hoping it won't be raining. Sophie is going to a friends house to be looked after while we are gone. That's much better than going to the kennels, so I'm sure she will be happy about that. Posted by Mike Saif.

Mike's Daily Journal and Rantings: June 2012
http://mikesaif.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Mike's Daily Journal and Rantings. Wednesday, June 27, 2012. Good News Bad News. The good news (for me at least) is that MS is back home. I really feel like I'm lost when she's away. The bad news is the weather. I don't think I've seen it as high as 107F in the 20 years I've been here. Also, it hasn't been 100F in June here since 1988 and this year there are lots of them. Posted by Mike Saif. Tuesday, June 26, 2012. Well, it's been a frustrating few days. So I told them I wanted to cancel my account and ...

graham: February in Florida
http://yorkshireartist.blogspot.com/2013/02/february-in-florida.html
Friday, 8 February 2013. Almost at the end of our visit to Florida, beginning to wonder if southern Europe might be a better proposition for escaping the English winter, though the weather has been good for us this year which is not always the case. At the moment even the less sunny climes of Blighty don't seem all that bad even with our millionaire government looking to attack the working people by any means they can.
