Guacamole - a favorite party dip! 1 lime, juiced. 1 teaspoon kosher salt. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin. 1/2 medium onion, diced. 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced. 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. With the skin still on, dice the avocados in large cubes. Use a spoon to scoop out the avocados and place them into a large bowl. 2 Squeeze the lime juice into the bowl and toss to coat.
