Yet, they also say that there is no center of the universe, nor an outside edge. Which are we to believe? That’s the paradox. But, the paradox continues kids. Here’s another part that strums my thinker big time. If in fact, there is no center, and no edge, then how can there be a direction outward? You mean away from something?

At the end of September we headed to Southern Utah for a family reunion including Casey's father, uncle, their spouses, and offspring ( including grandchildren). Between Casey's 4 siblings and his 4 cousins, there were 35 of us! Part of the family lives in Northern Utah while the rest live in Golden, Vail, Littleton. What can I say- lack of sleep does weird things to people. 1 cup red quinoa. 1 cup toasted pine nuts. 1 cup dried cranberries; coarsely chopped. 2 english cucumbers; peeled, seeded and cut into 1/4 inch pieces. 4 ounces feta; cut into 1/4" cubes. 2/3 cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley. 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice. 1/3 cup olive oil.
