Saturday, March 16, 2013. Officially on the ActiFry Bandwagon. How many kitchen gadgets can a girl have? Today the T-fal ActiFry showed up at my front door. It's not a small item by any means, but I can already sense that it's a cooking method that I'll turn to often. The big sell is that you can "fry" food, like french fries, and get the expected "deep fry" crunch by using this convection appliance and only a tablespoon of oil, saving yourself calories, and if you fry like I do, a big ol' kitchen mess.

There are a few more but I'm too tired to wait for them to upload, so just know there are a few more to come. Enjoy, we are cute :). I LOVE Children's Hospital. Then each doctor came in to do their own individual evaluation. There was a dietitian/nutritionist, an occupational therapist, a speech pathologist, and a regular physician. Who knew that existed?
