如果在臨終中陰時，沒有能力解脫的話，再次等的修行人，可以以大圓滿法中的“妥噶”——頓超法門，認識法性中陰時的境相，在圓滿受用報身中解脫。 如果以上階段都未能解脫，最下等的就要看活著的時候，累積多少善行，是否具有功德福報，得以依賴五種方便妙法來解脫了。 也就是說，如果在死亡的第一階段臨終中陰時，無法認得地光明，接著在第二階段的法性中陰裡，還有光明的景象、明點集結的中陰百尊、智慧之光以及自發性的現前等四個階段讓我們把握，我們可以在此時依靠他們而得到解脫。如果生前修習過任運超越法的“妥噶”——“頓超”，遇到這些現象，就會當下認得法性而自然解脫。 這樣圓滿“且卻”、“妥噶”的妙道功德後，本元的光明法性猶如母親，為母光明；自己當下認悟本覺，猶如子光明。此時母光明和子光明相遇，好像是無始輪迴中漂流的孤兒，歷經滄桑歸來，好不容易投入母親的懷抱中一樣，順利獲得解脫。 斷除“我執”。 當我們死亡時，身體在退化分解的過程中，很容易產生錯亂的覺受；在身體外內分解的最後那一剎那，心識會融入到沒有任何感覺的昏迷狀態。從這個狀態中醒來，會顯現出臨終...在這階段，會有幻化中陰百尊等等的形像出現，如果在這...人生中有太多假的別離&...

降服煩惱的三乘方法 堪布卡塔仁波切 摘自《休息在陰影中》. 一旦認出了傷害來自於煩惱，這就表示降伏煩惱的時機到了。佛法中能夠細分出來的門派不勝枚舉，而降伏煩惱的方法基本上也是不可勝數。根據每一個人的敏銳和精進度的不同，對治煩惱也有不同的方法。 就基礎修持小乘佛法的觀點而言，我們必須從看見煩惱的過患著手。接著，我們才能夠主要藉由身體與語言上的謹言慎行，而逐漸脫離煩惱的掌控。這就好像是我們在面對一個有點容易失控的敵人，我們會竭盡全力地避免與這樣的敵人作對。同樣地，為了不激發、點燃自己的煩惱，我們也要非常謹慎於自己身體與言語上的行為。 接下來是大乘的方法，其特點在於運用非凡的洞見與善巧，來對治煩惱。基本上，這裡的洞見包括了認識到煩惱只是事件，而非本俱存在的事物。它們不過是因緣和合下，在內心發生的事件。當這些因緣條件具足時，我們所謂的煩惱生起了。但這些因緣條件不在時，煩惱就完全消失地一干二淨，好像從來也沒有發生過一般。 大乘佛法面對煩惱的另一層面則是善巧。這裡的善巧指的是悲心的培養。因為當我們認出煩惱的本質，亦即煩惱不具任何的自性這個事實時，此認證與其後超...正如之前所言，煩惱是我們所有問題的肇...
