February 23, 2013. Scullins come see us! We were so grateful to the Scullins who made the drive up from Southern Cali to see us. They are work-oholics so could only come for a day and a half….,but it was really great to see them anyway and we tried to make the best of our one full Saturday with them! We were exhausted as the adrenalin was wearing off after a week on the time change from Europe, and we had colds that were keeping us up in the night, so we were pooped out. We all still got it going on!

November 15, 2013. Such a gorgeous time of year in Germany. As we drove to Amsterdam area, we passed numerous fields, trees and villages, in all their fall splendor. I couldn’t help but pull over for some shots of the above village! After a day at Duinrell, we headed into downtown Amsterdam for some sightseeing. First stop was the Vincent Van Gogh Art Museum which we had tickets and an entrance time for. Which was fortuitous timing since it started raining as we walked up. More bikes…….

Thursday, October 22, 2009. Today my kids are out for fall break. We went to the Pumpkin Patch, Hayride, and Corn Maze. Also, we found a rental home. Yeah! We will be moving around the first weekend in November. Can't wait. You know I will be posting pictures as soon as I can. We do have to switch wards and schools. Tuesday, November 3, 2009. Avon Ward- Trunk or Treat. Trunk or treat fun. We had a great time at our church activity. We sure missed our old friends we realized. It was strange to go to a church function a know no one. It mad us all a little sad. Remember how I said that it wasn't hitting me about moving, well it is now. The people are soo nice here. Thursday, December 31, 2009. Royal Family Theme this year. This is the view our trick or treaters had when they came to our door. Princess Jayci got the swine flu and couldn't go out, so she sat on her royal throne, guarded by her knight in his saucer and greeted out visitors. Her brothers did the footwork for her so she still got the loot. Hmm.not too shaby! She might try that again next year! Ready for Trick or Treating! My little Knight in shining armor.
