The site, designed specifically for the Criers who are planning to attend, will keep each Crier and community up-to-date on all of the scheduled events and venues which are part of the weekend. About The Ontario Guild of Town Criers. The Ontario Guild of Town Criers. Exists to promote the ancient and honourable art of Town Crying. The Guild was incorporated after Ontario's bicentennial in 1984 and established along the lines of the ancient and honourable guild of Town Criers founded many years ago in England.
