Traveling, Our Biggest Weakness. San Diego, July 2015, Day 2. July 2015, San Diego…the Trip Home →. San Diego, July 2015…Day Three and Four. Day 3 was the fourth of the July. Alex and I walked a mile to get fresh donuts for a very light breakfast at the kids home. Then about noon, we headed to the Hillcrest area of San Diego and had a great brunch at Chocolat Restaurant. Checked out of our hotel and headed out of Minneapolis for the North Lake Country of Northern Minnesota. We decided to take highway 10 that went through small towns that we had never traveled before. Traveling, Our Biggest Weakness. River Otters, Deep Water, Turkey Fight! We loaded up the vehicles for the drive down to the Tiger Creek and its old power plant. The pristine area was was full icy water pouring down the tiger creek from the snows in the Sierra’s. The trout are thriving AND so were the River Otters. What a nosey creature.
