PennyCandy's two cents: November 2011
http://pennycandystwocents.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 21, 2011. Darkness comes again. I do not just mean the lack of sunlight outside. I went to the doctor and to my minister for support. It took a little more than a year for me to work through all that had happened and I slowly came off the medicine. I have been without depression since then . up until now. Saturday, November 5, 2011. So today was not the first Saturday school of the year but it is the first one that the social studies department worked. We shared the day with English.

PennyCandy's two cents: September 2011
http://pennycandystwocents.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, September 24, 2011. The line from that Bay City Rollers song decided to enter my brain and Pandora radio is not on. Ugh! Oh how long has it been since any of you have heard that song? Lucky for me that is the only line I remember from that song. We lived several miles apart when we were going visiting that meant a parent had to drive us. This was a good thing because it often meant that we could turn a one night sleep-over to a several day sleep-over. The third one was actually a sleep over at ...

http://pennycandystwocents.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 6, 2010. I have not set goals for myself in awhile but decided that I would do so this year. So here they are. Yes my sister and my cousin are rubbing off on me, in a good way. 1 Now that I am going back to grad school, changed venues and my degree plan but I am going back. My grad school goal for this semester is to have at least a 3.5. 3 To outline the first draft of the World War I book I have running around in my head. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Thoughts from the wife of a "wind farmer"...: January 2013
http://windchasers.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Thoughts from the wife of a "wind farmer". Thursday, January 24, 2013. Although I did so horrible with achieving my 2012 goals, I feel like I have hit the ground running for 2013. I've already worked out three times in the past six days, I have gone through half of my filing cabinet and burned all kinds of paper-work (tax forms from 1996? And, best of all, I did a fun craft project with Parker on Monday! I saw it and figured we would give it a try. Stirring the flour and water. Coating the cotton balls.

Thoughts from the wife of a "wind farmer"...: It's been awhile....
http://windchasers.blogspot.com/2014/06/its-been-awhile.html
Thoughts from the wife of a "wind farmer". Thursday, June 12, 2014. Solife has been so crazy that it's been awhile since my last post. Like, over a year type of awhile! Let's not dwell on that! In the past year I've been getting in touch with my crafty and creative side. Thank goodness for pinterest! Here is a little something I painted yesterday. The pin my friend sent me had only one starfish, but that resembled the Texas flag a little bit and since I live in Oklahoma I couldn't chance that! X Go to an...

Thoughts from the wife of a "wind farmer"...: A month with my niece
http://windchasers.blogspot.com/2012/08/a-month-with-my-niece.html
Thoughts from the wife of a "wind farmer". Tuesday, August 7, 2012. A month with my niece. It has been a busy summer in our little casa, which is why I've been MIA for awhile now. Sorry! We had the honor and privilege of having one of our nieces come stay with us for a month this summer! Having always wanted to have a little sister, I was so excited for her to come so we could stay up late, braid each others hair, try out new make-up techniques, and gossip about boys! OK, just kidding! Do you need anythi...

Thoughts from the wife of a "wind farmer"...: March 2013
http://windchasers.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Thoughts from the wife of a "wind farmer". Saturday, March 23, 2013. If you'll remember, one of my goals for this year is to do a fun monthly project with Parker. So far, I've managed to keep this up! In February I was inspired by a picture I saw on Pinterest. I had visions of making one for us, as well as the four grandparents. However, three failed attempts before we finally made this one, I said, "Forget it! The end result (pun intended), so much that it is still hanging on the inside of my front door.

Thoughts from the wife of a "wind farmer"...: February 2013
http://windchasers.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Thoughts from the wife of a "wind farmer". Monday, February 11, 2013. The very first time we prayed, I asked him what he wanted to pray about and his response was, "Candy". So, that night, we prayed about candy. And by we, I mean I prayed out loud while he listened. I showed Parker how to put his hands together and when I was finished praying I told him to say, "Amen! The next night I asked him what he wanted to pray about and his response was, "Candy". So, yet again, I prayed about candy! And then Parke...
