Our Colorado trip started with a detour to Oklahoma. My parents are in Norman, OK and we were having a family reunion during the 4th of July weekend. Driving 15 hours after we had driven to Squaw and back a few days prior was pretty much torture. My dad gets the party started! Some of family walks in the 4th of July parade in Norman, OK. All of my family (except my dad) has left so we are enjoying a nice relaxing day in a quiet house before heading out in the morning. I stopped at Target for some dinner ...

In Search of Solid Ground. Attempts at Jogging, Blogging, and Motivation. Thursday, April 30, 2015. Ambulate and Hydrate: Zane Grey 50 Mile Report 2015. I tend to have some degree of difficulty separating my life into individual pieces. It's hard to think about running, school, work, and relationships as separate entities when they all affect each other directly. For that reason, my trip reports tend to meander. Apologies. Jacob Puzey - Runner & Coach: December 2014
http://www.jacobpuzey.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Jacob Puzey - Runner and Coach. When I first heard about the Vulcano Ultra Trail. I was certainly interested in traveling to Chile to participate, but unfortunately at the time I was working through a nagging injury and didn't foresee being ready to run 80K a few short months away. When I began running again my fitness came back quickly. But the barge was slow...

Pacing at Black Canyon 100K - Kristina PHAM
http://www.kristinapham.com/blog/pacing-at-black-canyon-100k
Pacing at Black Canyon 100K. A few weeks back I was asked by Aravaipa if I would be interested in pacing a runner at Black Canyon 100K. I’ll be honest - I cyber stalked her before agreeing. This was great news for her because she has small children and it would have been difficult for her husband to crew for her with the kiddos (which we totally understand). Was running and her husb...
