We also provide 'Ageing in Place' providing residents with the additional care required as needs increase without the need to change residence. Accommodation Bond and Charge. The Accommodation Bond is required for Low Care residents, as legislated by the Federal Government. On discharge, the bond is refunded less an approved monthly retention amount owed to the facility.
