June 30, 2011. We spent the morning inside a quilt tent playing with a flashlight. The more toys and books we brought in, the better. I promise my son wears pants sometimes. like to church and restaurants. June 29, 2011. Monday night we had a really fun cook out with our church small group. What A Wonderful World. Tuesday, July 23, 2013. Kristi did such an amazing job of talking to everyone, making everyone feel as if they were the most important guest at the wedding. Friday, November 21, 2008. The Last Supper (aka, Thanksgiving at work). Our awesome managers spent their Wednesday evening making Thanksgiving for 90 people. Yes, they are that cool. Unfortunately, because of the industry I'm in (Newspaper) everyone thinks layoffs are around the corner, so they were calling this the "Last Supper". October 10, 2011. December 18th, 2011. The size of a head of cabbage (16 in. approx. 3 lbs). Hit or miss. I am having a pretty hard time getting comfy. The little man has hiccups so strong that already wake me :). Sore legs and hips. Feeling some big rolls in there and hiccups around 4 times per day. Realizing we will meet our sweet boy in 9 weeks! August 29, 2011. Our last small group swim party of the summer was this weekend. For some reason I decided I didn't want to swim this time and sat pregnant in 108 degree heat. I am just going to blame my pregnancy brain for that one. NOT fun! I loved watching Lane have a blast and watching how independent he thinks he is. He was mimicking Jeffrey and kept putting his face in the water and blowing bubbles! It was super cute. I can't wait to teach him how to swim. Me and my little fishy. August 8, 2011.

Life As We Know It…. Monday, August 27, 2012. Today started out slow, the Boy and I laid in bed until we were to hungry to stay. Started on some schooling after breakfast, the Boy isn’t really into it all that much right now. Today he picked out tracing; letters, numbers, and shapes. He did really well! September 9, 2011. December 18th, 2011. 25 Weeks (almost 26). The size of an average rutabaga ha! This is NOT normal. Veggies, fruit, salads, nuts. Having some trouble falling asleep, but once I can it is pretty good. Lots of pillows and a couple bathroom trips per night. Rapidly growing belly, achy legs. Lots of kicks and punches- especially after I eat! We started on the nursery by painting, setting up the crib, and hanging a new light fixture. Also- I passed my glucose test! Tales of the Trees.
