Tuesday, December 27, 2011. We made chicken using our Brooks bbq modified recipe. The chicken took an apple cider bath for a while, rubbed with a dry rub, and basted three times with a white bbq sauce of my own making. I paired it with rice simmered in chicken stock and added corn. Yummy in my tummy!
