L & M Ranch: March 2012
http://lmranch.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
L and M Ranch. Life in God's Country! Monday, March 12, 2012. It is the middle of March now and we've had a very mild winter here. As you can tell in the pictures, we're really dry. Praying for a wet spring to come. Mike, Dustin and Brady all went to help fight a fire last night and there's another one going again this morning. We're supposed to be in the 70's all week. Sure enjoy the warm weather but would love to have some moisture with it too. Sure am enjoying working my dogs on these beautiful days!

L & M Ranch: January 2011
http://lmranch.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
L and M Ranch. Life in God's Country! Saturday, January 22, 2011. Much ado about nothing! It's that time of year when we're pretty much just hunkered down doing the same things almost every day. Feeding livestock, processing new feeder calves, feeding, wrestling tournaments, feeding, shoveling snow and oh yeah, FEEDING! You'd think someone was threatening to kill that boy as big of a deal as he makes that he has to wear something nice that night! Way to much like his Dad. Good thing I love them both!

L & M Ranch: January 2013

L and M Ranch. Life in God's Country! Wednesday, January 30, 2013. To much to write about and to little time today so will just do a quick update and hopefully follow up later next week. Jess is bred. Yay! We're expecting puppies in about a week and a half. She's getting pretty roley poley. We bred her to Jamie Spring's Cort. It should be a really nice cross. This is Jess' first litter so I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I think the world of that little dog! Until later, please pray for moisture!

L & M Ranch: December 2010
http://lmranch.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
L and M Ranch. Life in God's Country! Sunday, December 19, 2010. Are you ever ready for winter? The pictures below are from earlier this fall. (Sept and Oct) It seems like we work all summer to put up enough hay for the winter. Then we spend all fall (and a good portion of the winter) hauling it home. This year we put up a new barn as well. My kids are sure they don't care to have to tackle that project again anytime soon! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I'm Laura and I'm so happy you're here! A Slightly Dif...

L & M Ranch: April 2012
http://lmranch.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
L and M Ranch. Life in God's Country! Thursday, April 5, 2012. Things that make you go HMMM! We're supposed to start lambing around the first of May. I remember exactly when I put rams out (Dec 5th) and even have it marked on my calendar. My rams live in a welded wire fenced lot during the "off season". There really is no escape and I'm sure I would notice any escape attempts since we feed them every day and they're literally right behind my house. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). L & M Ranch: February 2012
http://lmranch.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
L and M Ranch. Life in God's Country! Tuesday, February 7, 2012. So, I usually video all of Brady's wrestling matches so he can watch them later to see what he's done and learn from it. I snapped a few pics at the beginning of a match the other day. He is in the silver singlet with the Warrior head on the side. Cold and icey here today! I'm not ready for that again. Wednesday, February 1, 2012. I am still alive! I can't believe how long since it's been since I posted on here! In late October we lost Jag ...

L and M Ranch. Life in God's Country! Sunday, February 6, 2011. A gift from God! He got 2nd and won money at his first trial when he was 10 months old as well. Seems kind of fitting, huh! He's not perfect but there are few others (animal or human) I've seen with as big of a heart. He still loves to help when I'm out training pups or ride along in the ranger when I go work the other dogs. He will hold sheep for any of them and still likes to compete with Jag on who can push them harder! A gift from God!

The Rye Way: A whole year later
http://theryeway.blogspot.com/2013/02/a-whole-year-later.html
Rye's adventures learning to be a Border collie. Sunday, February 10, 2013. A whole year later. Well here we are. A year has passed, I graduated from college and am off and running with new projects. Perhaps I'll find more time to post about Rye this year. Rye is doing well in agility. He enjoys running with me. We are doing running contacts on the DW and AF and I am enjoying that. My winter project is to get him weaving - bought him a new set of weave poles. Life is good :). Lucy X Don 12/14/2010.
