Currently, it’s only found in Schoolhouse Bay and a couple of small areas close to the bay. Our challenge is to contain it in these areas and, hopefully, eradicate it before it has to spread to other areas of the lake. 2016 Whitefish Point Marathon. June 18, 2016. Print Out and Mail In. Starting Time 7:00 AM. This was my first marathon. Everything was amazing today. The weather was nice, the scenery was second to none, and the atmosphere was great. The other runners were very encouraging and supportive. And the volunteers were terrific.
