At the White House. Wednesday, January 21. The other day Alex was sad, and said he missed Ella. He has done this a couple of times. So we were snuggling and talking about what a great big brother he would have been, and the things he could have done with his baby sister. He asked if Heavenly Father was making another baby for us, and I answered that I didn't know. He then said that if He did, Alex hoped it wouldn't be a good baby. What? Saturday, September 20, 2008. Since we moved to California, we've tried to do as many things as we can to "experience" California, in the San Fran Bay area (especially since we don't know how long we'll be here). We've taken the kids to the "city" or San Francisco to see Pier 39. We rode on the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit- the fancy name for their train) to get into the city, and that was part of the fun for the kids! We've been to the beach a few times, down by Santa Cruz and Monterrey Bay.
