Got a new Cintiq and wanted to play with it, so i did this painting with a photo reference for some practice, been forever since i've done stuff that doesn't rely on line work. Here's a toy concept squirt gun. the idea was to have the water be illuminated to look like Lava. but I never finished the concept and then lost interest. I can't bring myself to come back to it as I feel like it just turned into a lesson in applying textures. For those not familiar Lotería is a Mexican Bingo type game that uses little pictures instead of boring numbers and letters. Usually contains 54 cards in a deck. I managed to sketch 2 this week.
