The season ends… for me anyway…. October 29, 2013 at 11:06 am ( Gardening. As the title of my blog reads… yep… that’s how it is. I had wanted to start a winter garden but unfortunately there has just been too much going on in the last 3 months for me to start it😦. Trial and error, it’s how we learn. It is hot hot hot! September 13, 2013 at 4:36 pm ( Gardening. It has been hot and no real promises of rain are insight. My plants in my flower beds wilt by the late afternoon. I want to start carrots and broccoli but I’m afraid with this dry heat that they won’t even sprout. Most of the garden is done for the season, except my pepper plants. Green beans are really in bloom but I feel they just aren’t as strong as they were last year. On the plus side grass has slowed in growth haha! October 29, 2013.

Where has the time gone? August 10, 2013 at 6:53 pm ( Gardening. I can’t believe we are already 1 week through August. Where has the time gone? We have had a great summer. Picked blueberries at a local orchard. Picked blackberries on our property. Now just patiently watching hickory nut trees to drop. Garden though still had its problems with stink bugs/squash bugs and small case of blossom rot did much better than last year. September 5, 2013 at 9:54 am. My blessings to you….
