Simple Potato Soup | Mind Your Peas and Cukes
https://peasandcukes.wordpress.com/2009/12/27/simple-potato-soup
Mind Your Peas and Cukes. December 27, 2009 at 9:27 pm. This is the soup that my family eats every year on Christmas Eve or sometimes on New Year’s Eve. Makes 4 – 6 Servings. 1 teaspoon olive oil. 4 cups vegetable broth. Fresh (or dried) dill.
