My journey to becoming skinny. again. Monday, February 2, 2009. I'm on a different work schedule this week which has once again changed my workout schedule and today is the first time I really feel sad that I couldn't start my day at the gym! I really miss that 9am spin class, I'm always so energized afterwards! I'm working until 5:30 tonight but hopefully I can race up and make the 6pm class! Posted by Keira and Nate. Yes it's been months since I've posted about exercising. that's because it's been months since I actually did a whole lot!
