I caught up and went and sat to wait. I could see a boy standing near a tree, forlorn and alone. I watched him and he seemed to be silently screaming. 8220;Play with me! How could I instill a hope in him that others will smash to pieces anyway? There’s some days I feel so damn needy. I am here, I am a person, I have feelings.

I had a conversation with my dad some four or so years ago about this and he conveyed to me the reason given above. I feel many things about that response, but most significantly, and most sadly, is the sense that I was not worth or valuable enough to follow through on regarding his suspicion. For many years there has been a part of me that has longed to truly live, rather than remain in a sense of simply existing. What once began as an energetic desire, over time, became a worn out, quiet nagging within, like the slow, sustained dripping of a tap. Hopes and dreams had long been casualties of life and any change was completely unexpected. What I did relish was story. Story introduced an alternative, another way.

Besteht aus 28 Sängerinnen und Sänger im Alter von 30 bis 80 Jahren. Mit Freude und Engagement singen wir mehrsprachige Lieder aus schweizerischer sowie internationaler Feder. Natürlich kommt die Geselligkeit bei uns nicht zu kurz. Nach dem Proben am Donnerstagabend von 20 - 22 Uhr im Schulhaus Arn, Horgen. Feste feiern wir auch sehr gerne.
