Just Fiction and other things that seem fictitious. PHOTO PROMPT Jean L. Hays. Time, space and thought are quirky. Ghostly manifestation is most appreciated of such quirkiness. Kim and the Lama from the Nobel winning novel of Rudyard Kipling found themselves near a trading post in New Mexico. The sun was setting and the Lama who knew the GT road well was unable to recognize this place. He also had to search a place for shelter especially for the boy ‘Kim’. He approached the well dressed gentleman for help.

Just Fiction and other things that seem fictitious. Friday, May 31, 2013. I am reading ‘The Oath of Vayuputras’. It is the last part of the trilogy by Amish, the first two parts being ‘Meluha’, and the ‘Secret of Nagas’. The trilogy is about the civilization in Indian subcontinent 2000 years before Christ and a thousand years after the birth of Ram. It addresses the issue –. When does Good become Evil. Amazingly, the issue remains unanswered after 4000 years. Saturday, March 16,2013. January 27, 2013.

Short ‘n’ sweet. One of those (Tues)days – Early birds, Thirsty Notebooks and Pancakes. I woke up at. Quarter to Too Early. Approximately 3 hours before I actually need to get ready for work. I thought there must be a reason so I made some coffee, collected all my courage, braced myself and started writing a synopsis. Lots of head scratching, scrolling up and down, checking articles on how to do the bloody thing correctly, hissing and in a word, or in a picture. My pancakes never get stuck! July 28, 2015.

Always Another Chapter: I Kept My Word
http://lyssa-medana.blogspot.com/2014/07/i-kept-my-word.html
Tuesday, 1 July 2014. I Kept My Word. Here is my response to this Monday's Light and Shade Challenge. I had the advantage of finding the quotation, but I didn't expect it to come out this way. The quotation is:. Tell them I came, and no one answered,. That I kept my word," he said. Walter de la Mare, The Listeners. Tell them I kept my word,' he said. As the storm clouds gathered overhead. With the setting sun tainting them red. Tell them I came, as was my right. And the echoes mocked in the fading light.

October 6, 2014. Here is “Casa No Hava” from the starboard beam. You can see how the Europa roofline helps to shade the salon windows. This is a pretty good photo of the main salon, looking forward all the way to the captain’s berth below. The tone of the mahogany is a lot prettier in person. This photo shows a view of the galley as it sits along the forward, portside section of the main salon. Just to the left of this view is a raised eating bar where guests can relax and chat with the cook.

Narrow roads and deserted homes – heaps of hay, dung-cakes and piles of dried leaves. Drains choked with runoff. Old and arthritic trees welcomed them. They asked the tour guide. Then why did the inhabitants walk off? The government acquired this village and resettled the villagers in other places. Not allowed to leave.
