It may be difficult to find a good ramen shop, but suprisingly, good instant ramen is readily available. My favourite is by 菊水. I finish the soup to the last drop every time when I have the ramen. Wednesday, July 06, 2005. Chiu Chow Hong, Episode 2, 潮州巷第二集. Is reopened at 1 Queen's Street. We tried a few signature dishes including 炸豆腐, 九菜雞紅, 沙爹牛肉炒河. The other night. The bean-curd, which was very crispy, was particularly good. The bill was only $90. There are several other Chiu Chow stalls in the same place. Will try them next time. Friday, July 29, 2005. Old-Style Dim Sum House. It is difficult to find an old-style dim sum house in Hong Kong. There is one in Wan Chai called 廣東茶居. The one I am talking today is 周記茶餐廳. Which is in Hong Kong Chai Main Street. The dim sum house opens at 5:00 am and closes at 3:30 pm. Traditional dim sums are served, which are all home-made. There is a dim sum called 燒卷. In the house, which can be rarely found in other restaurants. The taste is good and the combination is unique. The size of 碟頭飯.

Monday, July 04, 2005. 張建雄 says in his book "日本情調" that the Ortiz is the gourmet's choice for tuna. The tuna is available at the Great. I am looking forward to the taste of this yummy devil. Update: I have finally tried the Ortiz tuna. The aroma was very strong as proven by my cat. He jumped into me when I was eating the tuna! I served the tuna with tomatoes, lettuces, and vinegar. Friday, September 30, 2005. Muji is one of my favorite stores. One of the reasons is that it is a company with heart. The products are designed with caring-the-environment concept. Its chewing gum is a very good example to illustrate this chacteristic. The Muji chewing gum comes with a packet of paper, which is for the easy diposal after the consumption. The skill and the viewing angle are well described. The book also supplements with enlarged drawings which enables good understanding of the painting.
