12298;老夫子》漫畫作者王家禧先生（筆名王澤）逝世，各界一片悼念之際，也有不少人重提「抄襲」一事。幾年前已看過相關報道，今日再細閱，感覺是：我們往往可以簡化很多事情，冠以「抄襲」，站在高地，便能立於不敗——藍絲在雨傘運動時，也是簡化了一切，以「犯法就是犯法」來斷定一切。 但故事情節呢？這就值得深思了。有關抄襲報道的標題是「老夫子抄足五十年」，這真是標題黨，傳聞中原作《老夫子》創作人朋弟，於三四十年代在天津一帶出版《老夫子》，其創作時間大約是二十年，即使當王的《老夫子》百分百抄襲，也只能說抄足二十年，何來抄足五十年呢？很多傳閱的報道都引了一幅對比圖，將朋弟和王家禧的一幅四格漫畫並列，並指出其分鏡、笑料、起承轉合全部一樣。這是證據確鑿的，但有一點說不準的，就是...顯然，王的《老夫子》故事也有很大部分是原作(或二創吧)，當中的故事、細節和用語都緊貼當時的香港，其後《老夫子》更發展出長篇故事(如水虎傳)，這些都無法抄襲自朋弟。 如果撇除角色造型和名字的問題(我知現實是無法撇除的)，其自創的故事大受歡迎，是否真的可以用「抄襲」來簡化問題呢？...很多人批評王抄襲時，除了ӎ...
