In the early 90’s I was a caregiver for my grandfather here in Torrance. I witnessed firsthand the confusion and frustration that goes along with not understanding how to navigate the health care system or utilize the benefits seniors are entitled to. I remember being both frightened and confused, thinking, Who can I talk to that can help me? I have never felt more personal satisfaction than helping my clients with their insurance choices and taking the confusion out of their health care.
