Last time we talked I was living in Hong Kong, working at an investment bank and trying my damnedest to get fired so that I could get a severance package. Well, eventually I gave up and quit. And after a few months a few of the most bloggable months of my life, so bloggable that I didn’t have time to blog them–I moved back to the US and enrolled at Harvard Law School. I’ve never revealed these to anyone for fear that I would somehow speak them into existence, but recent events have caused rethink my silence. I wouldn’t wish wish any one of the these atrocities on my worst enemy (and yet, I wish all three of them on the creators of Soul Plane, and Rihanna). 1 Falling down the stairs and cracking all my teeth. 2 Losing a limb in a freak accident.

Daily and Weekly CTA cards, for when I don't feel like dealing with parking. Volunteers to move stuff from Mommy's, Angel's, and Grandma's houses to my new place. A new bike helmet. A bike holder for my car. A trombone and a trumpet. An eyelash refill package. 5 extra hours in each day. A (round trip, lol) plane ticket out of the country.

I'm knocking on 30, and the only two reasons a sane person would define me as a grown-up are that I'm old enough to drink (who cares? In what situations is it ok to act like a child?
