My typical training day. 5:00am - Wake up have a protein shake and do some abs. 5:30am - Go to the gym for 40-50 min cardio. 6:30am - Eat Breakfast. 7:00am - Start work. 9:00am - Eat my morning meal. 12:00pm - Eat Lunch. 3:00pm - Eat my afternoon meal. 4:30pm - Hit the gym for my afternoon weightlifting session. 7:00pm - Eat Dinner. 10:00pm - Have a protein shake and go to bed.
