http://azcarson.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 7, 2009. That was fast. Now that we have a kid in school we have had to adjust our travel and playdate schedule to a condensed 7 weeks while trying to relax somewhere in the mix. So these are some random pictures of what we did during that time. We traveled to Montana, or as Kate keeps calling it "Hannah". She's oh so close, right? We hung out with my bff and her Dad and Step-Mom in lovely cool weather, made friends with the little girls next door,. Set off fireworks on the 4th,. I swear i...

The Barnette Family: No One Gets Left Behind. Thursday, March 12, 2009. To Instruct. or is it to Torment? As many of you know, I'm an avid reader, but occasionally it takes me a couple of tries with a book. I have a copy of Jane Austen's Northanger Abbey. Bought at a yard sale years ago for $.10) that I have tried multiple times to get through. I normally love her books, yet this one I've found to be a bit different. *shrug* But I am finally making my way through it and enjoying it. Tuesday, March 3, 2009.

The Barnette Family: No One Gets Left Behind. Sunday, April 19, 2009. We had a wonderful Easter! On Saturday, the day dawned cold and foggy. We traveled down to the Phoenix area to have and Easter dinner with Eedad's family. As we left, the fog was so thick there was maybe a quarter of a mile visibility! Such crazy Easter weekend weather! His sister and her husband were kind enough to host everyone and took on the brunt of the work of making fried chicken (my favorite! I failed at taking pictures though.

The Perkins Family: TREK!!!
http://brentandcindyperkins.blogspot.com/2011/07/trek.html
BrentCindy.Brooke.Kylie.Ty. July 15, 2011. We were able to go on our stake pioneer trek in June. Brent got to be there the whole time and actually trek with them. I got to be there for the "Sabbath Day". I was happy to be there for the short time I was. It was such a great experience! I've been wanting to learn how to sew for awhile now so I decided to sew my dress. Not quite a beginners project but with mom by my side, it turned out great! You guys make some GOOD looking pioneers! She's got it all.

Halloween is still a good month and a half away and Jordan is already trying to decide what he wants to be. So far it is between Spider man, He man and Superman. Don't we all wish that all our decisions in life could be as simple as deciding what our Halloween costumes should be. Jordan needs a little help from all of our viewers so its time to cast your votes should Jordan be.

Molly & Elliot: November 2011
http://mollyandelliot.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 22, 2011. I saw this idea when I was in Shawnie Pothier's. Beautiful home and thought it would make for a great Family Night activity. I cut out leaves. And had the kids write things they were thankful for. Mya was over so she contributed a few leaves. They had a hard time coming up with ideas at first, but then their little hands couldn't stop writing. I used a frame I already had and some old scrapbook paper. I love it! I think I'll keep it forever :). Monday, November 21, 2011. Mothe...
