Monday, June 13, 2011. Hello I would like to introduce one of my favorite sweet. It calls "castella", which is Japanese sponge cake made of sugar, flour, eggs, and starch syrup, very common at festivals and as a street food. Monday, May 31, 2010. Cooking with My Mom. Yesterday, after my mom and I made Chiffon Cake, we cooked dinner together. I did most of the part because she cooked for me all the time, so I decided to cook for dinner. Well, I think I am kinds of lazy now because I do not cook anymore. you know why?
